CURE Achievements
- CURE has evolved from an initial membership of just 4 to more than 340 members.
- Anant Asthana, CURE, Aligarh facilitated issuance of religious injunction against ragging in year 2004.
- CURE recently published its second periodical completely focusing on the theme of ragging. The idea of the periodical is to make people aware about ragging incidents, ragging psychology and its ills thus garner support against ragging. The 2004 periodical was been freely distributed in many colleges around India including the ones in Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Bombay, etc. Write to us immediately, if you want free copies of the newsletter.
- CURE has contact with noted psychiatrist, Dr. V. M. Sharma, VIMHANS for online counseling of victims. Any victim can contact Dr. Vikas Mohan Sharma directly through email through our website.
- CURE has presented seminars at Unnati (NGO) and joined the Panel on SabTV Show, Kuchh Dil Se.
- CURE members conceptualised and hosted DD-Bharati's Show, Meri Baat for facilitating a constructive discussion on ragging in the year 2004.
- CURE had actively pursued Harsh Agarwal's case through letters, email campaigns and publication in magazines to serve as an eye-opener to the society.
- The CURE website is the first online dedicated forum to condemn ragging.

Any movement requires individuals to carry it forward to reach its goal. CURE, being a youth movement gives an opportunity to do lot of creative and challenging activities with the aim of eradication of ragging. CURE activities comprise of updating the site, designing the newsletter, interacting with the media, delivering talks, etc. Let us see, what it means to join CURE:
- Join as a volunteer : Join the CURE community as a volunteer and provide your services towards the various activities of CURE.
- Join in principle : Join the online CURE community to register your support for this movement against ragging. You can anytime decide to help us in our activities.
- Join as a supporter : Join the CURE community as a person who can fund CURE activities or provide moral support through his position in the society (academicians, leaders, psychologists, social workers, etc.).

How we work
CURE has a hierarchy on the lines of NGOs, which gets elected democratically annually. The idea of hierarchy is to streamline energy and reach decisions, while management is very flexible.
CURE members have brainstormed many projects. CURE looks for people who could get involved in these projects (or conceptualize new ones) as conveners or volunteers.
These project are/will be managed by conveners independently with support from all CURE members.
